Hi,

I would like someone to present scientific evidence defending the belief that you are born gay.

People now-a-days keep saying that you are “born gay.” But when I research it, scientist report saying that there is no homosexual…

It’s still a subject of debate, but why gay people would get offended if it’s proved homessexuality is socially deternined? What if it’s a choise, homophobia keeps being wrong… I choose to support gay rights and it’s socially determined haha. :)

Anyway nature vs. nurture will give us many nice debates yet.

Nature vs. Nurture regarding sexuality is a pointless debate. If it is nurture, it is still just as much a part of that person as if they were born with it. It is our experiences that define a large part of who we are, and if it was experience that caused someone to be gay of whatever else, so long as they are happy and no one else is being harmed (which they aren’t) then I see no reason to “fix” or change it anymore than you would try to alter any positive personality trait.

Yup this is a great post. I tip mah cowboy hat to you pardner!

Really sexuality and attraction is such a nebulous and chaotic thing anyhow…
I say some have been since birth, some have grown into it, some decide, and some just dont care either way.

And I say if it’s pretty then FUCK IT

LITERALLY!

Yes Chren, that was the implication.
